Shipping

Shipping Made Easy!

We put a lot of work into your jerseys so we want to make sure they get there safely, conveniently and on time.
For U.S. customers, the burden of paperwork and customs regulations are on us so you will not have to worry about any customs charges or duties. Other jersey exporters who quote lesser rates may not be telling you the full story. Expect no surprises from the courier when your shirts arrive from Big Stick!

Shipping in Canada

Orders may be shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
Courier rates are determined by your postal code so you will need to include this for an accurate shipping cost.

Shipping to the U.S.

Xpresspost: If you are in a hurry, and your shipment is smaller, Xpresspost (Priority Mail) is an alternative to couriers. Although each package is barcoded with a shipment number, it does not allow for the item to be tracked during it's course of delivery. For larger shipments we reccomend using a more traceable method of shipping such as UPS Standard.

Expedited: If you are not in a hurry, and your shipment is smaller, Expedited (Air Mail) is the most economical way of shipping to the USA. Although each package is barcoded with a shipment number, it does not allow for the item to be tracked during it's course of delivery. For larger shipments we reccomend using a more traceable method of shipping such as UPS Standard.

UPS Standard: For a more reliable and traceable shipment use UPS Standard. The package can be tracked through the UPS website. Packages valued ot over $200.00 require the services of a Custom's Broker and increases the cost of the shipment. Broker charges are included in the prices.

More prompt delivery times are available. However, it is not recommended that you have your jerseys sent "Next Day" as textiles are sometimes delayed at the US / Canada border and may not make it's guaranteed arrival time. Big Stick cannot guarantee that all packages will be delivered by UPS' guaranteed delivery dates and times. The good news is that packages are seldom held up.

US Customs Clearance

Each shipment of jerseys (valued at over $200.00 US) crossing the US / Canada border needs to be guided through US Customs by a broker.  The cost of the broker fee varies with the value of your shipment but is included in the cost of shipping in your invoice.

NO!

All of the items we sell are exempt from duties under the North American Free Trade Agreement. Since the Customs Broker Fees are included in your shipping cost, we take care of that as well. We make every effort to make sure shipping goes easily and smoothly for you. Beware of other jersey exporters with unusually low shipping rates. They may not be telling you the full story.

Occasionally packages will be held by US Customs agents for further scrutiny. If so, Big Stick cannot guarantee that all packages will be delivered by UPS' guaranteed delivery dates and times and is not liable for the actions of US Customs.

US Customs will require an EIN or Social Security Number for larger packages that cross the border.
If you do not feel comfortable giving us this info, then a UPS Customs Broker will contact you for it.
